DocExport is an on-premise, customer-licensed add-on for OnBase and INFO-ACCESS that allows users to export targeted document sets without removing them from the system. Ideal for audit requests, legal needs, or selective retrieval, this tool gives you control over what gets exported and how.
What it Does:
Custom Queries: Filter exports by document type group, document type, keywords, and date ranges.
Multiple Formats Supported: Export scanned image documents as PDF or multipage TIFF. COLD reports export uncompressed, and all other formats retain their native file types (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, etc.).
Flexible Output Structure: Optionally organize exported files into folders based on selected keyword values.
Access Controls with AD Integration: When using Active Directory (AD) Authentication, users only see the document types they are authorized to access.
Reusable Configurations: Save export settings for future use.
